2. Security Monitoring (Disclosures)

For the safety of our residents and the protection of the property, the exterior of 6706 Capistrano is equipped with security cameras (e.g., Ring doorbell/Floodlight cams). No surveillance equipment is located inside the interior of the home.

3. Background & Verification

To maintain our standard of executive housing, we reserve the right to verify the identity and professional standing of our guests. This may involve third-party verification services to confirm residency or employment status.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third parties necessary to provide our services, such as:

• Banking institutions (for Zelle/Check processing).
