1. Reservations & Payments
Your reservation at 6706 Capistrano is secured only upon confirmation of payment. By booking, you acknowledge that you are entering into a private rental agreement.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENT: Total balance must be paid via Zelle, Cash, or Direct Deposit at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
- Standard Window: Full refund for cancellations made 5+ days before arrival.
- Late Cancellation: 50% refund for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.
- Early Departure: No refunds are provided for guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date.
3. Property Care & Rules
- No Smoking/Vaping: 6706 Capistrano is a smoke-free environment. A $500 fee applies for violations.
- Pets: Not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our West Hills neighbors.
- Parking: Please utilize the driveway. Do not block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
4. Internet & Security
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for professional use. Guests agree to use the network legally and responsibly. Exterior premises are monitored via security cameras for guest safety; interior spaces are entirely private.
5. Entry & Maintenance
While we respect your privacy, Capistrano Property reserves the right to enter the home for emergency repairs or if a violation of the maximum occupancy (6 guests) or party policy is suspected.
6. Liability
Guests assume all risk of injury or loss of personal property. We highly recommend that all guests maintain active travel or renters insurance during their stay.
